The now famous line from Obama's DNC acceptance speech, "We are the ones we have been waiting for," is, with the exception of one word, an exact quote from an ancient Hopi Indian prayer that explains the Mayan calendar and the belief that all humankind will be gods in eternity. See it here. Go to page 3 and read the last line of the prayer. Hopies? Smart bunch of natives still residing in and around the Grand Canyon.
I would tend to believe that this would be plagiarism were it not for the age of the prayer. It is, though, a sign of self worship at least when one quotes an ages old Indian prayer and tells no one, instead leaving it to the crowd to assume Obama is profound. Profound is right, profoundly traitorous, profoundly deceptive, profoundly socialist, and profoundly empty of any love of country or self redeeming character.
Just a lil' aside from all the really dangerous stuff about this guy.
