According to articles at the Great American Journal, several state legislatures have notified Congress that they are invoking their rights under the Constitution to govern themselves.
Also at Great American Journal is an article describing a Constitutional Convention 2009 being planned for this year in Philadelphia. All fifty states are selecting delegates to attend and discuss the condition of the People's control of government.
I am leary of both of these articles due to their claims of nationwide participation despite a lack of any supporting announcements. I am also hopeful due to this site's previous validity in their claims. It is, at least, cause for hope.
