I have, for decades, believed our schools were centers for extreme leftist, socialist indoctrination, and that this was primarily the work of the Democratic party in the furtherance of Soviet style despostism. Information coming to light in the past few days tends to bolster my beliefs, and should sound alarms for parents of school aged children.

With the announcement of Obama’s speech to a joint session of Congress and schools across the country next Wednesday, the president shows Americans just how much he does not respect parents’ authority or his limited duties as POTUS. This direct broadcast of a presidential address to American schools is unprecedented. Even when past presidents have had a message for the youth of America, it has been left to school officials and parents to decide, after hearing it first, if it was something children should hear, or if it could be presented by parents or teachers. The original content of the "study package" provided by the Whitehouse as an attachment to the speech should give everyone evidence as to the intention of this speech. The Whitehouse has made "revisions" to the study package, but I dare say their purpose will not denied by revisions to a few questions. I believe this speech, supposedly addressing health care reform issues, will include statements directed at children intended to influence their thoughts concerning that debate, ignoring the fact that younger, more easily influenced children should not have such weighty and complex issues forced upon their minds by government.

This speaks for itself, and proves my point regarding the intent of the Deficrats to promote their policies using our children as their lobbyists.

While it is too late to try persuading the POTUS against anything described here by me, and is probably not worth keeping children home that day, I believe parents should speak with their younger children before and afterwards regarding the speech and its content to impart their own beliefs on the subject to their children.

It is not too late, though, to act on the issue of the No Child Left Inside Act. As is usual in these types of situations, calls and letters to elected officials, inclusion of this issue in the TEA Party agenda and at townhall meetings, and generally letting your opinions be known, is the very least we are responsible to do.

The flagrant nature of the left’s attempt to force their ideology on the world would be hilarious if it weren’t so damned destructive to America.

Attorney General Eric Holder has appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the methods used by the CIA in interrogating prisoners captured in Iraq and determine if the interrogators should be criminally charged and tried for their actions. But it won’t end there because the end result they seek is nothing less than the prosecution of George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, their legal advisors, and the CIA interrogators by an international tribunal in Spain for crimes against humanity.

When Obama was inaugurated, Eric Holder was in Spain acting as an advisory counsel in proceedings before the tribunal. He was contacted by Obama’s advisors and asked if he would be willing to participate in the gathering of evidence against US government officials to be provided to that international tribunal. Holder agreed to the request and returned to the states and was apponted attorney general.

The evidence, documents released by the CIA, is sufficient to acquit all involved in any court or military tribunal held in the US. But due to more restrictive definitions of torture and broader, less defined international criminal laws, those same documents would, most likely, be enough to convict all those involved if used by that tribunal in action against them.

Why does Obama and Holder want Bush administration and CIA officials prosecuted?

1. It would endear them to the transnationalists with whom they share core beliefs, and
2. Obama’s extreme leftist supporters were promised this if they helped win the election. You just can’t ignore that kind of sincere, loyal dedication, now can you.
3. What liberal Deficrat wouldn’t want this to happen to Bushitler and Darth Vader?

Following the advice of a trusted, fellow blogger, I have decided, for at least the near future, to concentrate my critique of the present members of the federal government to the actual stupidity and miscalculations, and consequences of their decisions, and, for at least the near future, forgo any mention of what I believe to be their underlying motives. I do this in an attempt to, possibly, convince those who would otherwise brand or have already branded we Conservatives as conspiracy nutts for offering outrageous motivational theories, that regardless of motivation the outcome is disastrous. Having my best friend, a former devout Conservative and war veteran, tell me he believes none of what I proved to him, I must admit there are those who voted for this inept manchild candidate who won’t ever admit that they could have and should have known what Obama was beforehand. It is just too demeaning.

PS: I have no dreams of actually changing the minds of any hardcore, leftist Deficrats. I am not insane nor do I have illusions of grandeur. Well, not serious ones, anyway.

I’ve started this post at least five times and trashed each one due the frustration of trying to list all the reasons why HR3200 is not reform but is just plain wrong for the American health care industry. Instead of fixing those aspects of the industry that result in high costs and lack of coverage for millions, it totally dismantles everything we have come to depend on that makes our health care the best available. It puts the Secretary of Health and Human Services in place as a health care dictator who will control every aspect of medical care in America. HR3200 will not lower costs, will destroy the private health insurance industry, will dictate what treatment is covered and who is eligible to receive that care, will ration care to reduce costs, will reduce payments to doctors and hospitals, will cost trillions of dollars of taxpayers money (again), and will offer only one source for medical treatment for everyone, that being the government controlled "public option".

Our medical care in America is without equal in the world despite the claims from the left that it ranks 24^th worldwide. If you examine the World Health Organization’s statistics that ranking includes cost and percentage of population not eligible, among other non-quality factors that do not have any bearing on actual quality of care. When mortality rate, cure rate, immediacy of care, advanced diagnostics, doctor/patient ratio, and similar quality indications are considered, America ranks number one in the world. We’ve all heard Obama preaching about all the unnecessary tests, surgical procedures, re-admittances, and medications that are being used. We’ve heard him lie about how doctors make decisions to perform unnecessary surgeries just because they are more lucrative. What he is really saying is your doctor will no longer be able to perform the tests he might deem necessary, and that your doctor is a butcher who would sooner amputate limbs than treat a hangnail. In reality, the primary care physicians who diagnose ailments such as infected tonsils are not the surgeons who perform tonsilectomies, making his claims not only false but stupid.

HR3200 will destroy the American standard of care and result in a system similar to Great Britain’s medical system. This is not necessary, but that is what will be forced upon us by Obama and the Deficrats. Their ultimate goal is not the improvement of care nor expanded coverage, but is the seizure and control of not only one-sixth of the annual GDP amounting to roughly four trillion dollars, but control of nearly every part of a person’s life. What they eat, whether or not they use tobacco, the use of safety equipment such as seat belts, helmets, hearing protection, and safety glasses, the design of automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, aircraft, toys, televisions, telephones, and appliances, all would fall under the realm of possible health hazards and would be regulated by the Deficratic government.

If lower costs, improved quality, and expanded coverage were the true purposes of health care reform efforts, there are much less expensive, less destructive actions that would surely result in attaining those goals. Eliminating the governmental regulations requiring universal coverage for such things as vericose vein treatments, accupuncture, substance abuse rehab, male pattern baldness, PMS, erectile disfunction, and depression, to name just a few, would go miles toward lowering the cost of a policy for those who did not need such care. Also, the fact that insurance is used to pay for almost 75% of all medical care accounts for drastic increases in the cost of care provided. When the cost of services is not subject to the influences of a free competitive market costs rise. If the patient were paying for the services rendered, the ability of the patient to go where it might cost less drives costs down due to competition. If the tax credits given to employers for providing medical insurance were given, instead, to the employees to buy their own health coverage or fund a Health Care Savings Account, an environment of competition would be fostered in the insurance market where virtually none exists today. It is government regulation, just as it was in the housing market collapse, that is the source of most of the health care industry’s ailments. We can see how well the housing market has been repaired. Do we want the same hacks fixing our health care system?

Obama and the Deficrats are not after health care reform. They are elitist socialists who can’t live with America’s greatness and exceptionalism. They see our beloved nation as oppressive and a bane on the rest of the world. It matters not to them that every nation in the world wishes they could be more like America, that Canadians come here when their own "public option" medical system tells them they will have to wait six months for cancer surgery, or that women give birth in parks and alleys in the UK because there are no beds available in hospitals. No, they couldn’t care less about the health care we have available or how much worse others are with the same system they are creating. They want you under their boot heel. They want to de-evolve America down to the level of the rest of the world. After all, if we have it so much better, that must mean we are depriving someone of something better than they have.

It is the basic premise of the individual having freedom to choose what type of life he will pursue that has been responsible for the advancements America alone has accomplished. To destroy this in favor of "social justice" and redistribution of wealth will doom not only America, but the entire world to a future of less instead of more.

POSTSCRIPT: Ever notice that the one thing government does fairly well is destruction and death? It makes for a really decent military, but not an efficient health care system.

All the Obama supporters are saying that we need to discuss health care reform in a constructive, bipartisan, cooperative manner. Well, I’m willing to give it a go. I’ve read the bill and believe it allows doctors to "pull the plug on Granny". You folks say it doesn’t. Here is your chance to teach a conservative what you know.

It is these five questions about Sect 1233. ADVANCED CARE PLANNING CONSULTATION. Pages 424-434, that make us conservatives believe in the possibility that Granny could have her plug pulled. Prove to us that this bill doesn’t allow it.

1. Can you show me where the bill prevents a doctor from issuing and signing an "order for life sustaining treatment" that denies treatment to a patient?
2. Where in Sect 1233, or anywhere in the bill, does it say that the wishes of the patient, on the order for life sustaining treatment, must be carried out in all cases?
3. What kind of legal barriers need to be addressed in a state, as mentioned on Page 427 paragraph (ii), sub-paragraph (I), to enable an order for life sustaining treatment?
4. Why is it that a doctor must sign the order to make it legal, but the patient isn’t required to sign?
5. What directives are available to the patient in Sect. 1866(f)(3) as mentioned on Page 430 in paragraph (iv)?
6. Why is the patient limited to those directives in Sect. 1866(f)(3)?

There are no state laws in existence anywhere preventing a doctor from saving a patient’s life. There are state laws, though, that prohibit doctors from knowingly allowing a patient to die if they can prevent it. It is my opinion, and nothing in the bill says anything different, that the state laws the bill says need to be overcome are state penal codes for murder.

If anyone can alleviate these fears, I, and many more like myself, would greatly appreciate it.

It’s a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages. The first one being demoralization, it takes from fifteen to twenty years to demoralize a nation.

Why that many years? Because this the minimum number of years required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy, exposed to the ideology of the enemy.

The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already, for the last twenty-five years, actually it’s over-fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where previously not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such a tremendous success, most of it is done by Americans to Americans, thanks to lack of moral standards.

As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who is demoralized is unable to access true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I showered him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures — even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him a concentration camp — he will refuse to believe it until he receives a kick in his fat bottom. When a military boot crashes his butt, then he will understand, but not before that. That’s the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.

The next stage is destabilization. This time the subverter does not care about your ideas and the patterns of your consumption, whether you eat junk food and get fat and flabby doesn’t matter anymore. This time — and it takes only from two to five years to destabilize a nation — what matters is essentials. Economy, foreign relations, defense systems. And you can see quite clearly that in some areas, in such sensitive areas as defense and economy, the influence of Marxist-Leninist ideas in the United States is absolutely fantastic. I could never believe it fourteen years ago when I landed in this part of the world that the process would go that fast.

The next stage of course is crisis, it may take only up to six weeks to bring a country to the verge of crisis, you can see it in Central America now. And after crisis, with a change of power, structure, and economy, you have a so-called period of normalization. It may last indefinitely.

Normalization is a cynical expression, borrowed from Soviet propaganda, when the Soviet tanks moved into Czechoslovakia in 1968, Comrade Brezhnev said, "Now the situation in brotherly Czechoslovakia is normalized."

This is what will happen in the United States if you allow all the schmucks to bring the country to crisis. To promise people all kinds of goodies and a paradise on Earth. To destabilize your economy. To eliminate the principle of free market competition and to put a Big Brother government in Washington DC with benevolent dictators like Walter Mondale who will promise lots of things, never mind whether the promises are fulfilled or not. He will go to Moscow to kiss the bottoms of a new generation of Soviet assassins, never mind, he will create false illusions that the situation is under control. The situation is not under control. The situation is disgustingly out of control.

Most of the American politicians, media, and educational system, trains another generation of people who think they are living at the peace time. False. The United States is in a state of war. Undeclared total war against the basic principles and the foundations of this system. And the initiator of this war is not Comrade Andropov of course, it’s the system — however ridiculous it may sound — the world Communist system, or the world Communist conspiracy. Whether I scare some people or not I don’t give a hoot. If you are not scared by now, nothing can scare you.

But you don’t have to be paranoid about it. What actually happens now, that unlike myself, you have literally several years to limp on unless the United States wakes up. The time bomb is ticking, with every second the disaster is coming closer and closer, unlike myself you will have no where to defect to. Unless you want to live in Antarctica with penguins. This is it, this is the last country of freedom and possibility.

All of the above statements should be easily recognizable in two ways. First, they all came out of the pie hole of Barack Obama. Second, they are all lies that he knew were lies when he said them, the worst kind of lie, intentional.

And those are just off the top of my head, I’m sure there have been MANY others I am not aware of.

 So, when Obama stands in front of his beloved teleprompter, telling us about the health care bill, and says…

• there is no provision for rationed health care in the health care reform bill,
• you will be able to keep your doctor and insurance plan if you wish,
• the bill will be revenue neutral,
• it will not be government controlled, socialized medicine,
• it will not come between you and your doctor,
• it will provide coverage for everyone,
• it will only do away with the waste and fraud,
• the medical industry is so bad that something HAS to be done, that we can’t just do nothing,
• the AMA and AARP endorse the bill,

I believe I’ve discovered another unreported evil in the bill. On page 100, Sect 205(d)(1), Coverage for Certain Newborns, there is a description of how an infant, born with no approved health care, shall be, within 60 days, classified as a non-traditional Medicaid eligible individual. Sounds innocent enough. But on page 749, Section 1943(b)(1), Treatment of Certain Newborns, it says, "In the case of a child who is deemed under Sect. 205(d)(1) of this act to be a non-traditional Medicaid eligible individual and enrolled under this title pursuant to such section, the State shall provide for a determination by not later than the end of the period referred to in subparagraph (A) of such section, of the child’s eligibility for medical assistance under this title."

Overall, the bill is structured in a manner meant to hide such offensive provisions and be confusing and hard to find anything using the Table of Contents. The TOC has no page numbers, at least not in the PDF I obtained. The TOC is divided into Divisions labeled A, B, C, etc., each of those have several Titles labeled I, II, III, etc., with the numbering being restarted in each division, and each Title has Subtitles labeled A, B, C, etc.

But, the actual layout of the bill is organized by Sections beginning with 100, 101, 102, etc., subsections labeled (a), (b), (c), etc. and sub-subsections labeled (1), (2), (3), etc. Each of these sub-subsections has sub-paragraphs labeled (A), (B), (C), etc.

To reference anything such that someone else can actually find your reference you need to use, Page, Section(subsect)(sub-subsect), Subparagraph, as I did above.

Example: Page 100, Section 205 (d)(1) subparagraph A.

You can not, at least not quickly, find anything by Division, Title, and Subtitle, as these are major, very large delineations. 1018 pages with just three Divisions means thumbing through at least 300 pages to find if you are in the right Division, the one after, or the one before the one you want. And with subtitles and subparagraphs both using capital letters, and every other sub-anything using small letters, trying to find what you want on any page is sleep inducing. Things could have, should have been made simple by incorporating, uhhh, let’s see, hmmmm…. ?PAGE NUMBERS? in the Table of Contents. These guys never fail to amaze with their absolute disdain for the people. And THEY are the stupid ones, not US. I’ll show them disdain.

Anyway, this bill is everything they claim that it’s not, everything they say they don’t want, and is exactly what they say won’t or couldn’t ever pass the Senate. LIARS!!

The societies of mankind and their governmental efforts down through history are eternally the subject of much study, teaching, and, fortunately for some, disagreement and debate. It is also, unfortunately for all, the source cause for most of mankind’s mistreatment of his fellow man and the majority of wars fought.

Man’s perceived necessity for war can be reduced to just a single underlying, primary cause, that being greed for power and influence and its opposition by those being oppressed. In any meager study of world history this single factor is easily found to account for more than 95% of all violence of man on man. It is the fight to be free that causes most of the strife between men.

That there are those who would dominate others for their own selfish fulfillment is a sad reality that has been forced upon the less poweful..Among rational, critically thinking people the basic, inborn yearning for freedom and self-determination is a valid and moral reason for opposing despotism and tyranny. It is not only accepted as honorable and heroic, but also as the only recourse available.

Why does man find himself violently resistive of being dominated by others? To those accustomed to living freely that question answers itself. To those who have been long oppressed that question need not be asked. It is the right of an individual to make his own choices.

That single, self-evident, inalienable right to determine what is best for one’s self as an individual that is the foundation upon which all other rights, liberties, and freedoms are based. Carried to its most extreme, having no freedom of choice is equal to being imprisoned in solitary confinement, there having no choice at all, and it is certainly not to be free in any way.

It is a very rare situation where the complete elimination of one’s choices is imposed ‘en masse, incarceration being an exception, but it is more likely to be a slow, systematic process in which the individual unwittingly participates in his own subjugation

It is also true that the most options available are found to be held by those living in advanced, relatively wealthy societies. This is not per chance, however. Freedom of choice is, at once, both a motivational driver of individual liberties, and the result of continuing societal development.

It is soon found that the water is heated when it flows through a deep chasm recently opened by a powerful earthquake. The hot water started flowing back into the river when it had filled the deep chasm and, now, there is nothing anyone can do to reverse this act of nature. It doesn’t bode well for the future of the fish either.

One of the town elders believes that if the proper measures are taken (decision) the loss of the fish as a retail food commodity can be mitigated, even to the point of a possible increase in return of over 500%. Carried through, his plan (decision) results in the creation of a piping system that delivers, for a small monthly fee, hot water to several towns and villages in the area. The technology expands through research (decision) and it isn’t long before electricity is wired into every household in the nation (decision) .

When government restricts (decision) or bans the rights of the people to make choices there is no motivation (decision) to develop, resulting in even fewer options available. The decision to consume energy and receive the benefits of that consumption inspires the need to be diligent in that usage, resulting in higher technology and a general growth in wealth, health, capabilities, and even more options. It is a snowballing of better and better lives for more and more people. They acquire freedom from the elements, freedom from polluted water and disease, freedom from insect or snake bites, and freedom from the need to gather wood or animal dung for fuel.

Freedom to choose also allows those who have not benefitted from other nations’ increases in technology to have a real reason to hope that they will, eventually. Where no freedom of choice is allowed, no such hope can be justified. For a government to limit (decision) the chances of a poor nation to develop today to increase their own substantial wealth (decision) some fifty or one-hundred years in the future is inhuman and unethical, and brands those restricting decision making on one’s own behalf as devils among men, worthy of severe and resolute punishment.

When you have no options left, you must simply lay down and die. There is no other choice.

• Knowingly and purposefully lying to the American public regarding his true agenda and vision of America, hiding their socialist plans until elected

• Using fraud and criminal activists to gain an advantage in the 2008 election

• Acting to cover up fraud and illegal activity by his campaign and ACORN

• Accepting and seeking illegal foreign and domestic campaign contributions

• Attacking the policies and platforms of opposing candidates by spreading falsehoods about family and friends to the point of libel and slander.

• Promoting legislation to silence radio talk show hosts not in step with the administration.

• Denial of responsibility for adverse and harmful effects of their policies and, instead, falsely blaming them on the opposition and previous administrations

• The arrogant violation of the Constitution and federal law regarding spending of tax revenues on items not approved

• Bullying, in thuggish fashion, anyone speaking out or acting against their policies and actions.

• Congress meeting behind closed doors, locking out minority members.

• Passing legislation in such a hasty manner as to preclude the reading or debate of same.

• Confiscation of the future earnings of the people of America for semi-legal purposes, and distributing those funds for other, unproposed purposes

• The sequestration of a large portion of those funds in secret accounts.

• The levying on the people of taxes in excess of half of their earnings for the purpose of forcing certain lifestyles and behaviors adverse to their general well being without authority of law.

• The overtaking of private corporations and industries by governmental decree.

The word, discriminate, has come to be known as synonomous with racial prejudice or racial bias. While it could mean those in certain contexts, its true definition is far less evil, and is, actually, complimentary when used to describe one’s ability to think and analyze in a critical fashion. Discriminating is the act or description of the act of clearly defining a subject.
